Position Overview

The General Manager of Inter-citi Logistics is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive operations of the organization, ensuring efficient management of resources and strategic implementation of policies.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role or equivalent experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources effectively to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Authorize the creation of key departments and appoint senior management personnel.
  • Coordinate operations across various regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish and oversee financial and administrative controls; design and approve marketing strategies; manage overall human resources planning.
  • Set organizational objectives and develop or endorse policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives for official engagements.
  • Select and empower middle management and executive staff, ensuring optimal working conditions.
