Merchandising Service Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandising Service Associate to join our store merchandising team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our shelves are always full of products and attractive for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and correct store system data to ensure optimal stock replenishing according to store needs.
- Review and encode all promotional orders, and coordinate with suppliers to guarantee product availability.
- Carry out and follow-up promotional orders directly with suppliers, ensuring all commercial conditions are respected.
- Ensure product resupply according to each store's receiving, storing, and rotation capacities.
- Inform customers of supplier delays and notify merchandiser when an intervention is needed.
- Respect in-stock objectives, inventory budgets, and in-store rotation of all products under your responsibility.
- Evaluate supplier service level and delivery delay for stores, and inform merchandiser when an intervention is necessary.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Organized, autonomous, and enthusiastic individual who can thrive in a changing environment.
