Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at Fraser Health. As a key member of our organization, you will provide senior consulting services to executive teams and lead large, complex projects in knowledge management, decision support, and corporate business areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise-wide information systems projects, managing timelines and resources, and providing leadership to team members.
  • Develop and implement application architecture, ensuring alignment with the Fraser Health Information Management Strategic Plan.
  • Provide project leadership to a variety of large, complex projects, developing and managing project timelines, and facilitating change management strategies.
  • Manage assigned staff, selecting, supervising, and evaluating staff, and assigning, evaluating, and monitoring work assignments.
  • Champion project management methodologies and best practices through mentoring, coaching, and communicating with team members, business units, and staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Information Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Seven years of related experience in a large complex organization, including at least three years as a project manager.
  • Demonstrated leadership practices, including clear, caring, and courageous leadership.
  • Advanced knowledge of information management, business processes, technologies, and applications.
  • Ability to provide leadership to a variety of large project teams and translate business needs into application architecture requirements.
