About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Specialist to join our team at HAPPY NAILS & SPA. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about nail and skin care, and want to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description
  • Main Responsibilities:
  1. Apply or remove artificial nails and nail art using high-quality products and techniques to ensure excellent results;
  2. Clean, trim, and polish nails to create a salon-fresh finish;
  3. Eyebrow tinting and lash extensions to enhance clients' natural beauty;
  4. Provide gel and acrylic nail extensions that exceed client expectations;
  5. Furnish facials and other relaxing treatments to promote overall well-being;
  6. Offer expert manicures and pedicures to keep hands and feet looking their best;
  7. Relaxation massage to soothe muscles and calm minds;
  8. Skin care consultations to recommend personalized treatment plans;
  9. Waxing services to smooth out unwanted hair;
  • Work Environment:
  1. Our salon provides a fast-paced and dynamic work environment where you will be working closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences;
  2. A combination of sitting, standing, walking, and manual dexterity is required for this role.
Requirements
  • Education:
  1. Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • Experience:
  1. 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients;
  2. Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace;
  3. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to perform various nail and skin care tasks accurately;
  4. Client focus and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
