We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our IT Infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion of projects and delivery of high-quality results.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including executive management, vendors, and customers.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards, and that all project documentation is accurate and complete.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve project-related issues, ensuring that all problems are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery and team performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum eight (8) years' experience as a Senior Project Manager, with a proven track record of delivering complex IT Infrastructure projects.
- Skills: Proven experience with project budgeting, cost tracking, and cost control; effective collaboration, planning, and communication; and experience managing project scope and schedule.
- Technical Skills: Experience with environments such as ClickSoft, Telecom Network Technology, Salesforce, Information Systems Security, and ServiceNow.
