About the Role

You'll work closely with other data scientists and developers to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that solve complex problems. Your expertise will span the entire data science process, from understanding business requirements to deploying models and analyzing their performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement machine learning algorithms using Python and common libraries like PyTorch, Sklearn, and TensorFlow.
  2. Work with large datasets in an enterprise-wide application environment, ensuring scalability and high availability.
  3. Collaborate with product management to generate user stories and refine technical requirements.
  4. Mentor junior and intermediate data scientists, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in solving machine learning problems.
  • BSc in a STEM or Linguistics subject or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working with very large datasets and common machine learning libraries.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MSc or PhD in a relevant field (considered additional experience).
  • Experience with data engineering, Kubernetes, and microservices.
