About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Exhaust Cleaner to join our team at The Steam Guy Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining commercial kitchen exhaust systems, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including industrial vacuum cleaners and power sweepers.
  • Clean and inspect ducts, vents, and filters of furnaces to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Work at heights and in wet/damp environments, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Operate various vehicles and equipment, including aerial lifts and aerial work platforms.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in commercial kitchen cleaning or a related field is an asset.
  • Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification.
  • Working at heights training.
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) clearance Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
