Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, processing transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized cash drawer, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Operate the Customer Service Desk, handling lottery sales, refunds, bottle returns, and inquiries with professionalism
  • Ensure the Front End Department is well-stocked and merchandise is maintained
  • Participate in the training of junior staff, sharing your knowledge and expertise
  • Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards, supporting a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Assist other departments and functions as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
Requirements
  • Basic numeracy skills, with the ability to accurately process transactions
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively

We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package, designed to support the well-being of our teammates. The starting salary range for this position in British Columbia is $16.85/hr, with consideration given to factors such as work location, experience, and skills.
