Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Days Inn by Wyndham Kingston. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
- Staff Development: Train and develop staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems that may impact guest satisfaction or hotel operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced hotel environment, with a high level of guest interaction. The ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional guest service is essential.
