We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurturing Family Care Specialist to join our team at Tali R Rubinfeld. This is a full-time opportunity for the right candidate to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

As a Nurturing Family Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a family setting. Your primary duties will include:

  • Household Management: You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment for the children, which includes managing household chores and ensuring that the home is well-organized.
  • Child Development and Education: You will play a key role in supporting the children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities, educational games, and one-on-one interactions.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: You will provide guidance and mentorship to the children, helping them develop essential life skills, such as personal hygiene, social development, and emotional well-being.

In addition to your responsibilities, you will also be expected to maintain accurate records of the children's daily activities, health information, and any notable milestones or achievements. You will work closely with the parents to ensure that their expectations are met and their children receive the best possible care.

This is a permanent position, offering 30 hours of work per week. Public transportation is available, and we offer optional accommodation on a live-in basis (note: this is not a condition of employment). A criminal record check is required for this role.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
