We are seeking a highly skilled Maximo Technical Lead to join our team at ATCO Ltd. As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between IT and business operations, overseeing the successful implementation and operations of Maximo initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure code quality meets minimum requirements, and lead and guide interrelated application implementation and operational activities.
- Vendor Management: Oversee and facilitate third-party vendors, service implementers, and service providers to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Project Management: Define project technical requirements, build business cases, and participate in the selection of service implementers/providers.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain an understanding of the overall Maximo landscape and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communication: Communicate effectively across all areas of the organization, and escalate project risks and vendor concerns to IT and Business leadership.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of technical experience in Maximo Asset Management software.
- Skills: Proven ability to lead technical teams, strong understanding of overall IT architecture, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
