Husky is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff and assigning duties, determining merchandise and services to be sold, and implementing price and credit policies. You will also be responsible for locating, selecting, and procuring merchandise for resale, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and planning budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses. Additionally, you will determine staffing requirements, resolve issues that may arise, and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers. The ideal candidate will have a college education, 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, or equivalent experience. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 30 to 40 hours per week. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
