About the Role:

As a Financial Planning Specialist at BMO, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality financial plans to clients. Your expertise in advanced financial planning concepts and ability to model in planning software will be essential in developing tailored advice and strategies for our clients.

In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing wealth plans prepared by BMO Wealth Professionals for accuracy, effectiveness, and quality. This includes determining clients' objectives, analyzing their current situations, and developing appropriate advice, strategies, and recommendations. You will also provide feedback and coaching on quality reviews via standardized benchmarks with custom comments.

Your technical knowledge of WealthPath will enable you to identify and spot trends from quality results, report common errors and issues, and advise on training areas for focused coaching and improved delivery to clients. Additionally, you will maintain awareness of the latest legislative and financial industry changes that may affect financial planning.

About the Team:

You will be part of the Wealth Planning Support Team, which is dedicated to providing advisory, planning solutions, and subject matter expertise support to BMO Wealth Professionals. Our team's mission is to empower advisors with the tools and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional client experiences.

About the Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $68,000 - $126,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our total compensation package includes performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other perks and rewards. We also provide health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
