Job Summary:

This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and empower a team of 300+ warehouse employees to deliver exceptional customer service and same-day shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and supporting departments.
  • Cultivate and empower a dedicated team of warehouse employees to ensure unparalleled customer service and same-day shipping.
  • Uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety, and performance in the daily functions of a well-structured, high-performing warehouse environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of warehouse operations.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • ~10+ years of hands-on management experience in 100,000+ square-foot distribution centers, including recruitment and motivation of a 200+ employee team.
  • ~ Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
