At SAP SE, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Services and Delivery (CS&D) board area, you will play a critical role in the operation of our HANA Enterprise Cloud. Your responsibilities will include ensuring 24x7 availability of SAP systems running in SAP ECS, responding to and resolving alerts and incidents, and providing technical support to our customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to drive various projects that optimize the concepts how HANA Enterprise Cloud operates the various SAP solutions, including onboarding new solutions, working on changing setup guidelines, validating new application versions, and designing work instructions for changing certain configurations. You will also design and implement counter measures to prevent repetition of issues for all Enterprise Cloud customers as part of problem management.
In addition to your technical expertise, you should have excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to communicate with customers on technical, service, and operations topics up to senior management level. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of SAP application technology used by ECS, especially S/4HANA and SAP ABAP platform from a Basis technology perspective, is highly beneficial.
