Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lot Associate to join our Sales team at OpenRoad Toyota Port Moody. As a Lot Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our vehicle inventory is presented in a clean and attractive manner, and that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle inventory, including washing and detailing vehicles as needed
  • Ensure all vehicles are properly presented and displayed on the lot, including signage and inventory tracking
  • Transport customers, parts, and paperwork as requested by management
  • Work effectively with Service Advisors and Product Advisors to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Valid British Columbia Driver's License and current driver's abstract required
