We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Delight Bite. As a Retail Butcher, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meat products for our customers. Your tasks will include:
- Preparing special cuts of meat ordered by customers
- Cutting, trimming, and preparing standard cuts of meat
- Removing bones from meat
- Cutting poultry into parts
- Cleaning and preparing fish and shellfish
- Cutting fish into steaks and fillets
- Grinding meats
- Slicing cooked meats
- Preparing special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
As a Meat Specialist, you will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality meat products. If you have a passion for meat cutting and a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply for this role.
