About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Grizzly Trucks. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and Processing: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and quantity against delivery documents.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, using a computerized system to track stock levels and movements.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely and efficient manner, meeting customer deadlines and expectations.
  • Warehouse Organization: Ensure a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or related environment is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 kg, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
