About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Claire's. As a 3rd Keyholder, you will play a key role in driving sales and achieving retail store targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • In the absence of management, open and close the store, ensuring it trades safely and legally.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a fun and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
  • Assist with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
  • Provide excellent product knowledge and assist customers with their queries.
  • Ensure the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Some high school education required.
  • Minimum 1 year retail experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Ability to stand during scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
  • Ability to operate a POS system.
