About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Risk Specialist to join our team at BCLC. As a key member of our Cyber Security program, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating information security risks across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct senior-level security assessments and incident investigations to identify and mitigate information security risks.
  • Develop and maintain field-specific information security strategies to ensure alignment with corporate and industry standards.
  • Lead high-complexity information security compliance and risk assessments of processes, infrastructure, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment and effective implementation of security controls.
  • Develop and deliver information security training programs to enhance the security awareness of BCLC employees.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to BCLC's privacy and compliance functions as required.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant discipline such as computing or information security.
  • 4-6 years of relevant and progressive experience in a relevant field such as computing or information security.
  • Experience assessing and remediating information security issues in areas such as identity and access management, risk analysis and management, endpoint security, architecture, network security and penetration testing.
  • At least one information security certification, such as CISSP, CISM or GSEC.
  • Experience with security tools such as SIEM, file integrity monitoring, and database monitoring.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Python, PowerShell, or another scripting language.
  • Experience with information security systems such as SOAR, EDR, DLP.
  • Technology administration certifications such as MCSE, CCIE, RHCE (Network Security Engineer), CCNP, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, VCP-NV 2019.
  • EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE) and GIAC GCFE and/or GCFA forensic certifications (DFIR Engineer).
  • Experience in security controls and integrations related to Microsoft 365 or AWS implementations.
