Key Responsibilities- Provide Personal Care: Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with Medication: Administer medications and assist with medication management as needed.
- Support with Mobility: Assist patients with mobility and transfer needs, including walking, standing, and transferring to and from wheelchairs or beds.
- Assist with Hygiene: Assist patients with hygiene needs, including toileting, bathing, and dressing.
- Provide Emotional Support: Offer emotional support and companionship to patients, including listening to their concerns and providing reassurance.
- Assist with Mealtime: Assist patients with mealtime needs, including feeding and hydration.
- Assist with Housekeeping: Assist with housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and maintaining patient rooms and common areas.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Certifications: First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
- Language: English.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care and support.
