About the Role

Cuso International is seeking a highly skilled Machinist Engineer Advisor to join our team in Tanzania. As a CNC expert, you will provide technical guidance and support to local technicians and workers in the field of machining and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on CNC machines and machining processes
  • Develop and deliver training programs for local technicians and workers
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of machining equipment and processes
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and address technical challenges
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality products

Requirements

  • 3-8 years of experience in CNC machining and engineering
  • Proven track record of delivering training programs and technical guidance
  • Strong understanding of CNC machines and machining processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
