Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with crop maintenance, including weeding, fertilizing, and pest control
  • Operate and maintain farm equipment, such as tractors and sprayers
  • Grade and sort fruits and vegetables
  • Hand harvest and pack produce
  • Provide agricultural crop services, including plowing, irrigating, and harvesting

Experience with farm equipment is an asset. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with repetitive tasks and tight deadlines, is required.
