Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Design IP Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall coordination of R&D Development Projects and Key Customer Engagements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Develop and present project reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Manage customer engagement, ensuring successful project execution and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering teams to drive effective project execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in mixed-signal design and end-to-end flow.
  • Proven experience in working or managing designs and teams from conception to manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end design flow and tools for both analog and digital design.
  • MSEE preferred.
