Slot Floor Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Slot Attendant to join our team at Painted Hand Casino. As a Slot Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive entertainment experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests in an assigned slot section, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Make accurate change and pay out jackpots, ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently and securely.
• Perform basic slot maintenance and troubleshooting, as well as handle guest concerns related to slot operations.
• Assist with machine moves and conversions, ensuring that all slot machines are functioning properly and efficiently.
• Participate in other projects and activities as required, to ensure the Casino's slot players have an exceptional entertainment experience.

• Successful candidates are subject to a background check and are required to obtain and maintain a gaming employee Certificate of Registration from the relevant authorities.
• The minimum age to work in a casino is 19 years of age.
• Some SIGA locations operate in a high sensory environment, and you may be required to work in an environment where you will be exposed to tobacco smoke, high noise levels, flashing and blinking lights, and a congested workplace.
• As our organization values employee and patron safety, we have instituted a Drug & Alcohol policy for our employees.
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements as may be applicable to your position, including but not limited to both SLGA requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering requirements set out in the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act and regulations and policies made thereunder by Canada and FINTRAC.

• A combination of relevant education, training, and/or experience.
• Experience providing customer service and working with diverse situations and personalities.
• Previous gaming experience would be preferred.
