Job SummaryWe're seeking a reliable Maintenance Attendant to join our maintenance team at Les Tours Angrignon residence. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, as well as providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents.
Responsibilities- Clean storage areas and maintenance carts regularly
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout the residence and equipment
- Perform other related tasks as required by your immediate superior or duties
- Clean entryways and common areas, including floors and workstations
- Keep the work environment clean and tidy
- Maintain and clean the premises, including windows and corridors
- Sweep and clean floors in common areas and workstations
- Take out trash and recyclables
- High school diploma (SSD)
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
- Knowledge of seniors' residences, a major asset
- 1 year of experience in housekeeping (asset)
- A competitive estimated salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience
