Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Freight Sales Agent to join our team at ELEMENTS CARRIER INC. As a Freight Sales Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of sales or contracts, preparing sales or other contracts, and providing ongoing support to clients after sale or signed contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Contracting: Prepare and oversee the preparation of sales or contracts, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after sale or signed contracts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Sales, Freight Forwarding Company.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Electronic mail, Spreadsheet, Shopify, MS Office.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year, Permanent employment, 30 to 37.5 hours per week, English language.
