**Job Overview**

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to strengthen our international IT team. As an operational IT infrastructure and systems engineer, you will provide level 2 and 3 technical support, manage IT infrastructures (servers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi), and maintain our Azure environment.


**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide level 2 and 3 technical support for IT infrastructure operations
  • Manage IT infrastructures (servers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi)
  • Maintain our Azure environment: planning, management, security, and continuous improvements
  • Configure, install, and maintain IT equipment and peripherals
  • Collaborate closely with application, workplace, and cybersecurity teams

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a network/system administrator or engineer
  • Ambition to progress into an infrastructure member project role
  • Experience with Azure, Windows, VMware, Fortinet, switches, Ruckus, Citrix, and O365
  • Proficiency in L2 and L3 network design and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and fluency in English
  • Willingsness to travel to other sites in North America and Europe (15% of the time)
