The Policy Communications Manager will be responsible for developing corporate communications strategies to support business growth. This role will focus on QuadReal's Canadian portfolio, including the residential asset class, as well as Parkbridge Resorts and Communities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of government policy implications at local, provincial, and federal levels, specifically in the real estate and residential sectors in Canada.
  • Track and analyze legislation impacting the residential sector; provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Write and edit compelling content for external channels and key stakeholder audiences (government, industry, peers, and partners).
  • Collaborate with senior QuadReal Residential leadership to engage with external stakeholders and advance organizational initiatives, policies, and priorities.
  • Support community relations activities, sponsorships, and engagements.
