Welding Fabrication Specialist

At D & N Metals Co. Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Welding Fabrication Specialist to join our team. This role involves operating manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products. The ideal candidate will have 5 years or more of experience in the trade, as well as a strong understanding of welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes. Key responsibilities include interpreting welding process specifications, operating various metal shaping, straightening and bending machines, and ensuring that welds meet standards and specifications. The successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of safety protocols and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 5 years or more of experience in welding and fabrication
  • Strong understanding of welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols
Responsibilities
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment
