We are seeking a skilled Chicken Handler to join our team at Fly By Night Catching Ltd. As a key member of our farm operations, you will be responsible for handling animals, monitoring their health, and ensuring their well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Handle and care for animals in a safe and humane manner
- Monitor animal health and detect any signs of disease or health problems
- Feed and tend to animals, ensuring their nutritional needs are met
- Examine products for quality and readiness for market
- Write daily progress reports to track farm operations
- Set and monitor water lines, air flow, and temperature in barns and chicken coops
As a Chicken Handler, you will work in a physically demanding environment with repetitive tasks. You will be required to work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Will train on the job
- Recognized employer with government programs
- Work setting: Staff accommodation provided
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
