Job Description

This position provides critical support to internal and external customers in navigating customs regulations and trade compliance requirements. The successful candidate will assist customers in registering for CARM and provide expert guidance on CBSA audits and other compliance-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support in trade compliance matters
  • Assist customers in registering for CARM and navigating customs regulations
  • Offer expert guidance on CBSA audits and other compliance-related matters
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of customs rules and regulations
  • CCS designation
  • Bilingual (French, English)
