We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at BIG SMOKE BURGER. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
    • Portion and wrap foods accurately and efficiently.
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile.
  • Inventory Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
    • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to meet customer demands.
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently.
    • Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
