Job Title: Hairstylist

We are seeking a skilled Hairstylist to join our team at 2332715 Alberta Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, including cutting, styling, and coloring hair. They will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, as well as adhering to health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hair cutting and styling services to clients, including cutting, trimming, and coloring hair.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and supplies.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper use of chemicals and equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting clients, taking orders, and handling payments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest hair styling trends and techniques.
Requirements:
  • Hairstylist Trade Certification.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the hair styling industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a busy barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio environment, with regular exposure to chemicals and equipment. They will be required to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy equipment.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.Hours of Work:

The successful candidate will work 35 to 40 hours per week.
