We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Operations Coordinator to join our team at GIS TRANSPORT LTD. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, including electronic schedulers and MS Office software
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
