Server - Food and Beverage Services Representative

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Alberta Ltd O/A New Asian Village. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
- Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
- Balance cash and record sales accurately.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Supervise other servers and bussing staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Schedule and train staff to ensure adequate coverage and high-quality service.
- Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
