Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Deli Stocker to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a Deli Stocker, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized deli department, ensuring that all products are properly stocked and rotated, and providing excellent customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Zoning and Stocking

Zone the deli department to ensure that all products are properly displayed and easily accessible to customers.

Product Rotation and Maintenance

Rotate stock to ensure that older products are sold before they expire, and maintain a clean and organized deli department.

Customer Service

Provide excellent customer service to our customers, answering questions and making recommendations on products.

Order Taking and Preparation

Take orders for deli department merchandise, slice and prepare products as needed, and provide requested assistance to customers.

Assistance with Front End Operations

Assist front end associates with price checks and other tasks as needed.

Food Preparation and Presentation

Prepare deli food orders, including slicing and preparing meat, cheese, and other products, and present them in a visually appealing way.

Cleanliness and Organization

Keep the deli department clean and organized, including sweeping and mopping the floor, and restocking shelves as needed.
