Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Design Release Engineer to join our team at V2Soft. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and releasing propulsion systems, with a focus on electric motors and gasoline engines.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop propulsion systems, including electric motors and gasoline engines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and release notes
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve system performance
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or equivalent from an ABET accredited university
Minimum three years of engineering experience
Basic understanding of propulsion system calibration and vehicle components
Basic knowledge of electric motors and gasoline engine operation
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with basic PC software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
Knowledge of hardware release process, DFMEA's, DVP's, and root cause analysis methodologies
