Key Responsibilities- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a safe and efficient shopping experience for customers.
- Provide education and support to customers on the use of self-service options, promoting a seamless shopping experience.
- Upsell and promote company-sponsored programs, such as credit card services and product protection initiatives.
- Monitor customer activity and provide assistance when needed, ensuring a positive experience.
- Conduct quality checks and interventions, explaining the reasons for the actions taken while reassuring customers of the normal protocol.
- Respond to EAS alarms and complete the "Failure to Deactivate" Log.
- Notify the Customer Service Manager of low cash levels or technical issues in the self-service area.
- Return Scan & Go scanners to their designated home after use.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong commitment to customer service and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a cash register.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including a minimum rate of pay starting from $17.55, with opportunities for advancement based on relevant experience.
