Chiropractic Therapist

About the Role:

As a Chiropractic Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality chiropractic care to our patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve treatment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex clinical assessments and implement active treatment plans for clients.
• Work cooperatively with clients, treatment team, and third-party funders to achieve specific objective goals as determined through assessment.
• Attend and participate in weekly case conferences with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress and contribute to regular team reporting.
• Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Registration with the Provincial College of Chiropractors.
• Graduate in Chiropractic from a duly recognized university.
• Experience treating clients in a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation setting.
• Preferably experienced in occupational rehabilitation treatment and is willing to be trained.
• New Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development.
• Prior experience with WSIB, MVA, insurance-funded cases, and occupational rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with Functional Capacity Evaluations is considered an asset.
