About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Leader to join our team at Dollar Tree Stores. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates to drive profitable sales and creating an environment where individuals feel valued and want to contribute to the store's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of associates to drive profitable sales and achieve business objectives
  • Oversee all operational activities within the store, including merchandising, front-end operations, recruitment and development, scheduling and inventory management
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with district managers to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time and productivity management skills
  • Ability to lift, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Completion of secondary school
