Job Title: Apprentice Family Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate General Practitioner to join our team at The Institute for Hormonal Health (IHH). As a leading integrative medical clinic in Canada, we specialize in the treatment of health issues that are hormonal in origin.

IHH is part of GraceMed, a growing organization dedicated to helping patients realize their true self through cosmetic surgery, dermatology, medical aesthetics, and hormonal health services. Our team of world-class medical professionals incorporates state-of-the-art technology with industry-leading procedures to provide best-in-class care for patients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform telephone and video consultations, when necessary, which may include assessment and advice
  • Participate in the development of, and give support to treatment policies and strategies
  • Utilize a health promotion approach, addressing determinants of health
  • Training in Functional Medicine
  • Member of the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
  • One (1) year experience post-medical license
  • Demonstrate commitment to and knowledge of health promotion
