Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for determining food portion sizes and costs, planning menus, requisitioning supplies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the size of food portions and costs
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Work Environment:

You will be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial. You must be able to stand for extended periods and work under pressure while maintaining a high level of quality and productivity.

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Compensation and Benefits:
