Job Title: Forklift Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forklift Technician to join our team at Hangcha Forklift Canada. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to our customers and resolving complex technical issues related to our forklift products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to forklifts, including mechanical, electrical, and software problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions and training programs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support or maintenance role, preferably in the forklift industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of forklifts, including mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
