Lionsgate Concierge Security is seeking a skilled Security Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our security team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling work, arranging maintenance and repair work, and assisting clients with special needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security and experience in supervising a team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, preparing and submitting progress reports, and requisitioning materials and equipment as needed.

We are looking for a highly organized and reliable individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have excellent written communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to work independently, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule work and arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Prepare and submit progress reports
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of workers
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Security Guard License
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Client-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently

Working Conditions:

  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
