About the Job

We're Inspired HR Ltd, a company dedicated to providing innovative marketing solutions for the interior design industry. We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and help us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visual marketing strategies that engage our target audience.
  • Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including print and digital assets, that accurately represent our brand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate product information is reflected in marketing materials and to execute campaigns.

Branding & Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all marketing channels.
  • Support product launches and rebranding efforts with effective marketing materials and messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement merchandising and signage standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the architectural surfaces industry or interior design.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and textures.
  • Experience working on branding projects and rebranding efforts.
  • Knowledge of Magento and ERP systems (Epicor is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of web development (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL).
  • Experience with video editing, photography, and 3D rendering.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with a go-getter attitude and strong communication skills.
