Job Title: Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Stream-Flo Industries Ltd. in Lloydminster and surrounding areas. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing wellhead equipment, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain wellhead equipment, including wellheads, production gate valves, and check valves.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on wellhead equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with wellhead equipment.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer relations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the highest level of service and support.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field, such as wellhead installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of wellhead equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Class 1, 3, or 5 driver's license and a current driver's abstract.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of wellhead products and energy industry.
  • H2S, Fall Arrest, First Aid, and CSO training.
  • Thermal wellhead experience.
  • Folding Boom Truck Crane – 22 tonnes and under ticketed crane, CraneSafe or equivalent certification.
