Job Title: Director of Brand Marketing

At HomeLife, we're reshaping the real estate landscape with our Five-Star Luxury Brand and commitment to Higher Standards. We're in search of a creative, strategic Director of Marketing with a proven record of success and an innovative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that amplify our luxury brand transformation across local, national, and global markets.
  • Take the lead in driving the rebranding efforts to elevate our luxury brand, ensuring consistency and coherence across all touchpoints.
  • Independently manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media platforms.
  • Utilize AI tools and data analytics to enhance campaign performance and ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals, enhancing brand coherence and market impact.
  • Leverage your impeccable taste and skills in presenting services, ideas, and products to captivate and engage audiences and promote our brand in the most appealing way possible.
  • Build immediate rapport with business owners, executives, and other stakeholders.
  • Be organized and mission-oriented, with excellent follow-through skills to ensure all initiatives are completed effectively and efficiently.
  • Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on strategy, creative marketing, branding, and promotions.
  • Outstanding analytical, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Effective communication across various media.
  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for creating engaging and dynamic marketing initiatives.
