About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX UI Designer to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our UX UI team, you will play a critical role in creating unforgettable digital experiences that put our customers at the center of our thinking and deliveries.

Your Responsibilities
  • Create and define accessible, empathetic, innovative, and attractive digital solutions for our customers.
  • Understand and learn about the needs, behaviors, and emotions of our different users by experimenting in a variety of ways.
  • Access a UX lab to enrich our customers' user experience.
  • Rely on data to validate your orientations, analyze feedback to solve problems, or continuously improve the experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the digital production team in an iterative design process and ensure that you keep the user at the heart.
About the Team

The Digital Experiences Branch is a multidisciplinary team with expertise in design, development, and research. As a Senior UX UI Designer, you will be part of a Senior Directorate of about fifteen colleagues and report to the Director of the "UX UI Design Practice".

Our team is at the heart of digital transformation and stands out for its focus on our customers and the use they make of our digital products and services. What We Offer
  • Relevant education and 5-7 years of experience as a designer in a role with similar responsibilities.
  • Experience in end-to-end, responsive, and cross-platform (Web, Android, iOS) product design in iterative mode.
  • Lean Design enthusiast, to design your experiences using component libraries.
  • Mastery of design applications and technical capacity for low-fi prototyping development (Figma, Zeplin, Adobe).
