POSITION SUMMARY

The Site Administrator presents a positive and professional image of Strike to all clients, suppliers, associates, callers, and office visitors. Administrators maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality in all interactions.

PROJECT DETAILS

  • Position will be in the Moose Jaw/Regina area in Saskatchewan.
  • 14 days on/7 days off rotation.
  • $175/day LOA.
  • Local candidates preferred.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • General Administration/Communication: Represent Strike in person, on the phone, and through electronic communications.
  • Payroll: Create detailed on-site time tickets to be approved and signed by supervisor & client.
  • Document Control: Control and distribute incoming and outgoing documentation on a continual basis throughout the project.
  • Controls: Track and maintain progress tracking tools and curves; Establish and maintain Trend/Change order log; Verify budget revisions, trends, and change orders prior to Project Management sign off; Project reporting (tracking of baseline versus actual vs. forecast) for Management/Client review.
  • Purchasing: Issue purchase orders, track incoming invoices, and ensure alignment with job/project costs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years administrative/Project Controls experience an asset.
  • Experience with document control.
  • Experience within the oilfield and/or construction industry is considered an asset.
  • Microsoft Excel experience.
